Tool Tracking 1. You can now scan or attach multiple images and a variety of files including PDF, XLSX, DOC and many more. 2. You can add multiple Inspection/Calibration Alerts and scan or attach documents line test results. 3. You can scan or attach documents to maintenance records such as oil changes, tire replacement, etc. 4. The Check Out screen now includes a window showing tools selected for the current checkout activity. This is especially useful when selecting tools from different locations on the tool list.
Consumable Inventory A new module has been created to track consumable inventory such as gloves, hats, drill bits, etc. These items are different in that they will be consumed and not returned requiring attention to inventory balances and reorder points. 1. You can track inventory levels and reorder points with data to suggest reorder quantities. 2. You can cost the consumables to an employee or site. Use either average of last cost methods. 3. You can use barcoding to identify the product. Use standardized UPC codes on the product label or print your own labels. 4. Reporting includes an Inventory Usage Report which projects usage based on a user defined look-back period. 5. Other reports include Inventory Listing, Inventory Valuation Report, Inventory Re-order Report, Usage Report and Cost Report. 6. An activity to assist in taking a physical inventory has been included -- print a worksheet, count inventory, enter count, print/apply variances.
